The Challenge
Publishing consistently across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok while maintaining platform-native formatting, voice, and timing — all without a dedicated team.
The Solution
We built an n8n workflow that ingests new content, uses AI to reformat captions and hooks per platform, schedules posts at optimal times for each audience, and sends a weekly performance summary to the creator's inbox.
The Outcome
A 3-platform publishing pipeline now runs with minimal manual input per week. Content goes from creation to cross-platform distribution automatically — letting the creator stay focused on producing, not distributing.
