These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services operated by Montbelai (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including the Financial Architect Postiz application (“the App”) and the website montbelai.tech.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App is a content scheduling and automation tool that allows authorized users to connect their social media accounts — including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — and publish video content automatically. The App uses the TikTok for Developers API (“TikTok API”) to enable TikTok content posting on behalf of authenticated users.

3. TikTok Integration

By connecting your TikTok account to the App, you authorize the App to access your TikTok account via the TikTok API for the following purposes:

  • Posting video content to your TikTok profile (Content Posting API — Direct Post)
  • Reading your existing video list to verify posting status

You agree to comply with TikTok’s Terms of Service and TikTok’s Platform Terms and Conditions when using TikTok-connected features. We will not use TikTok API data for any purpose not permitted by TikTok’s developer policies.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to bind any organization on whose behalf you use the App.

5. Authorized Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App to post content that violates any applicable laws or platform policies (including TikTok’s Community Guidelines)
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App
  • Use the App to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorized to access

6. Intellectual Property

All content you post through the App remains your property. We claim no ownership over your videos or social media content. The App’s software, design, and branding are owned by Montbelai and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for any delays, errors, or failures caused by third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Montbelai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or any connected third-party service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may disconnect your social media accounts from the App at any time through the respective platform’s account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.
